Aufwind Institut
At Aufwind Institut, we believe growth should be fun. Our studio in Andreasvorstadt, Erfurt is a place where you can take new steps – literally and figuratively. Our coaches bring experience, patience and genuine enthusiasm, whether you're walking in for the first time or have been with us for years. Do you offer private one-on-one sessions?
Yes, on request you can work one-on-one with a coach – ideal for working on specific topics or preparing for a special occasion.
What happens if I miss a session?
In our ongoing courses, missed sessions can usually be made up within the course period. Just get in touch in good time and we'll find a suitable solution.
Do you offer programmes for companies or groups?
We'd love to! We organise team events, workshops and private group classes – for company parties, stag and hen dos or team building. Just ask us for a customised offer.
What should I bring to my first session?
Comfortable clothes you can move in easily and something to drink – that's all you need. If your class requires anything special, such as particular shoes, we'll let you know in advance.
