I'm a complete beginner – can I still join?
Of course! Our beginner classes are made exactly for that. You don't need any prior experience – just comfortable clothes and the willingness to try something new. We meet you exactly where you are.
How do I sign up for a class?
The easiest way is directly through our website: pick a class, choose a date, done. You'll receive an email confirmation right away. You can also register by phone or in person.
How much does a trial session cost?
We offer trial sessions at a reduced introductory price so you can try things out without commitment. You'll find the current price listed with the class description.
Are there fixed class times or can I come flexibly?
Our classes run at fixed weekly times so groups can grow together. We also offer open practice sessions that you can attend flexibly without registration.
