At Aufwind Institut, we believe growth should be fun. Our studio in Andreasvorstadt, Erfurt is a place where you can take new steps – literally and figuratively. Do you offer private one-on-one sessions?
Yes, on request you can work one-on-one with a coach – ideal for working on specific topics or preparing for a special occasion.
What happens if I miss a session?
In our ongoing courses, missed sessions can usually be made up within the course period. Just get in touch in good time and we'll find a suitable solution.
Do you offer programmes for companies or groups?
We'd love to! We organise team events, workshops and private group classes – for company parties, stag and hen dos or team building. Just ask us for a customised offer.
What should I bring to my first session?
Comfortable clothes you can move in easily and something to drink – that's all you need. If your class requires anything special, such as particular shoes, we'll let you know in advance.
